Located in the heart of the Historic Fan District of Richmond, Virginia, Six Burner Restaurant is a great neighborhood spot where regulars come in two to three times a week for a meal or a drink at the bar. Featuring only the freshest ingredients, Six Burner offers a warm, casual and lively atmosphere. The wine list is excellent, yet reasonable, and the menu is varied and unique. In addition to the regular menu (which changes at least weekly), Six Burner offers nightly specials and frequent special events.

Chef Philip Denny

Most of Philip’s life was spent in Chicago, where he attended Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago. He has also lived and worked in Richmond, Washington DC and Philadelphia and has honed his craft at renowned restaurants LeMaire and Michel Richard’s Citronelle. He is influenced by these restaurants but also by the diverse ethnic cuisines of Chicago as is reflected in the ingredients, presentation, and creativity of the menu. Philip also recognizes that today’s diners expect more than great food and is passionate about supporting local farms and reducing the carbon footprint. Philip hopes that patrons will enjoy a unique, relaxing dining experience at Six Burner.
